Shifting Portrait
Latinos, Public Health and Inequality
Our Mission
Shifting Portrait is an interdisciplinary conference bringing together advocates, policy makers and researchers to explore the implications of changing demographic and identification patterns in the United States for understanding the relationship between public health, inequality and identity for Latinos. Open to the public, we seek a diverse audience of people interested in increasing public health access and equality amongst various populations described as Latino or Hispanic in the Baltimore area and in the U.S. at large.
